How to Succeed

• Analyze business rules to contribute to the test process with plan, design, and execution of test cases.
• Manage scope and perform regression tests.
• Follow the defect management process, identifying and tracking defects, assigning the proper priority and severity.
• Track and report test results properly.
• Discuss risks within your tribe and raise attention for issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the test process inside squads.
