Technical Sales Support Engineer

INPAK, one of the world's reputable and leading manufacturer of thermoforming machines, is looking for a "Technical sales support engineer" for marketing and business development department at its Istanbul, Esenyurt factory.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and operation support; from the proposal stage of projects for existing and new markets to complete after-sales customer relations.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, by answering e-mails, messaging and / or online calls, generating solutions to customers' requests.
• Work closely with in-house technical teams and monitor provided technical assistance services.
• Ensure that the order shipments are carried out smoothly and get the waybills and invoices prepared at the delivery of the products.
• Follow-up of receivables, collections and reconciliations at certain periods.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Qualifications:

• BSc/Ms. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• 1+ years of working experience
• Interpersonal skills
• Team-player who can also work independently
• B class driving license.
