The successful candidate should have;
· Holder of a university degree.
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in the paint General Industry or other manufacturing sectors.
· In-depth knowledge of the market and the products.
· Demonstrates technical knowledge of coatings within the General Industry segment.
· Native Turkish speaker.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and SAP systems.
· Customer-focused and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to meeting customer needs and achieving targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· International spirit and cultural awareness.
· Effective team player with a collaborative working style.
· Applies an analytical approach to problem-solving.
· Able to understand and apply technical concepts.
· Possesses basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in line with current local legislation.
· Based in/around Antalya (or willing to relocate) as the role covers South Anatolia
Job Description;
· Maintains allocated technical company equipment in a safe and proper manner.
· Delivers periodical progress reports, proactively submits information regarding trends within the market and provides recommendations regarding improvements in the approach to the marketplace.
· Assists sales department in the implementation of sales strategies and within key phases of the sales process, giving technical expert knowledge to their prospects.
· Promotes a positive company image and develops long-term relations with customers.
· Advises to the upper management on training types of recruits’ participants for the relevant technical courses and gains commitment for customer attendance.
