Qualifications:

· Graduated from related departments of universities (Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics, etc.),

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all customers.

· At least 1 year of experience in the field of automation (preferably),

· Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork

· Innovative and open to development,

· Researcher, result-oriented and open to learning,

· Strong planning and organizational skills

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Able to work in a busy schedule

· Having a driver's license and driving an active vehicle,

· Have no restrictions to travel,

· Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

What will be your responsibility:

· Providing technical service to foreign dealers,

· Visiting the Dealer/Authorized Service/Region, making and reporting technical inspections,

· Making, recording, and reporting customer visit plans,

· Evaluating dealer requests and carrying out improvement activities,

· Evaluating and reporting on current product field quality,

· Evaluating technical complaints/requests from the field and reporting to the relevant department,

· Determining the training needs of the dealers and organizing the training.
