QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Intertech is looking for a strong Major Incident and Problem Lead whose primary responsibility will be the delivery of ITIL aligned operations supporting Problem and Major Incident Management. The main purpose of this role is to drive major incident response, coordinate and direct IT staff during incidents and communicate status to Executive leadership. Additionally, this role will be accountable for support Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and prevent problems from occurring and ensuring effective Problem Management by facilitating actions to identify problem root causes and the agreement and implementation of suitable remedies.

Responsibilities:
- Provides a strong leadership presence on Major IT Incidents, drives collaboration and accountability across all areas of Intertech Infrastructure Systems Management via face to face communication, online chat, phone calls and collaborative warrooms. Acts with delegated authority of the IT Senior Leadership in matters related to Major Incident Management to ensure the effective and timely resolution of business impact due to IT.
- Authoritatively and confidently guide Major Priority incidents to resolution; may be called upon to make decisions on behalf of Intertech Infrastructure Systems Management under pressing circumstances, that may have production impacting implications.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) being created when necessary and drive the technical teams and ensure all actions are completed.
- Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with Major Incident Management across the Intertech Infrastructure Systems Management.
- Provide prominent input to proactive monitoring tools development, proactive planning for major implementations and driving preventative diagnosis of possible problem areas across technology landscape.
İŞ TANIMI
Qualifications:Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, 5+ years of IT experience.
- Experience managing major incidents and post-incident reviews and problem management.
- Experience in information technology with an emphasis on incident management or IT Operations driving the diagnostics, resolution, and root cause of complex Networks, Applications, Servers or SANs' performance issues.
- Proven analytical, problem solving, coaching, documentation, negotiation , leadership skills and decision making under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate to senior management.
- Previous experience in 7x24 Mission Critical Datacenter Environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Banking and Finance sector is a plus.
- Certification or strong knowledge of Lean Sigma, DevOps, Agile, and Kepner Tregoeor other structured RCA methodologies
- ITIL® V3/2011 Service Manager or ITIL® V3/2011 Foundation certification
Physical Requirements:
- Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.
