QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, propose and implement short & long term sales programs, objectives, plans and budgets.

Maintain an efficient sales organization through appropriate direction, control, motivation and development of sales force.

Planning and implementing the activities that are necessary for the realization of the sales targets on periodical and annual base.

Provision of the communication between customers and the company, preparation of the solution alternatives for possible problems.

Following the competitor activities and reporting them to marketing, transferring the counter-activities prepared against such to customers and monitor the results.

Helping the implementation of the promotional activities determined and monitoring the results.

Making necessary relations with the Ministry of Health in order to represent the company and monitor permissions and licenses.

Keeping continues dialog with CS to intervene and find solutions to problems with customers.

Getting in contact with all related people in order to keep the work operating in the desired manner. Relations with production & logistics in operational areas.

Managing sales terms & discount proposals to customers. 

Supporting budget preparations. Conducting sales meetings on quarterly basis.


QUALIFICATION


EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

Proven experience as sales director or similar role (+10 years)

Previous experience with a global company

Excellent leadership and organizing skills

Understanding of B2B & B2B2C sales valued with a customer-oriented approach with aptitude

Broad multi-skilled sales background

Analytical and creative thinking

Experience of working with different levels of management, customers, suppliers and marketing team

Preferably holding an MBA degree

Graduation from a reputable university, preferably from engineering or business administration faculties.

Excellent written & oral English


TECHNICAL JOB RELATED SKILLS

Conversant with Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and spread sheet experience

Conversant with Gmail and Google Documents

Ability to build effective relationships and achieve co-operation

Ability to work within and manage a team of +100, with staff at all levels and with partner organisations and customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work under pressure in a calm and mature manner

Self-motivated, ability to show initiative and develop creative solutions

Acute awareness of confidential and sensitive information and the ability to be diplomatic and treat matters in absolute confidence as appropriate

Ability to use tact and sensitivity in maintaining working relationships
