Our client is a leading and fast-growing company who develops and implements technology in integrated waste management for recycling and regaining the materials and energy. It is located in İstanbul and several places in Turkey. 

For their expansion; we are looking for an experienced CFO, who would be a strategic partner to the CEO.

The successful candidate in this position should be self-motivated, result oriented and persuasive, strong in communication and planning as well as having analytical skills while keeping the big picture.

Requirement : 

• Day to day activities of accounting and finance, provide oversight of staff within all offices. 
• Review of financial statements, financial information of customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other businesses with which the company conducts business. 
• Improving the existing system and developing necessary reporting system. 
• Provide financial leadership regarding all financial matters. 
• Coordination of budgeting and analysis requirements determined by the corporate officers.
• Execution of internal controls policies and procedures. 
• Primary company representative for managing banking, bonding, and insurance transactions. 
• Manage the monthly close process in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Treasury; managing working capital (liquidity, collections and payments, short-term debts) 
• Regular interface to the various office staff and management for matters of financial reporting, policy approvals, annual budgeting, and monthly financial analysis. 
• Lead accounting process improvements and financial systems upgrades including coordination of financial systems. 
• Development of financial long and short-range plans. 
• Establishment of tax policies, tax planning and oversight of the preparation of all corporate tax filings. 
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments. 

• Experienced in multi-operation / production location management Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or business management
• Minimum 10 years' demonstrated experience in accounting and financial management and a minimum of 5 years team management experience 
• Advance level in English 
• Having an active CPA license is plus 
• Advance usage in SAP and Link 
• Proficient user for MS Office applications 
• Living in Istanbul European side preferable
