QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our customer is a technology leader in its field - automotive industry - for over 150 years. We are looking for an “HR Generalist” for supporting HR strategies, policies and procedures regarding HR functions, personnel affairs and compensation & benefits system in their Çerkezköy plant. 

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional, who is looking forward to growing with the company and develop his/her own role as well as the team within coming years.

You will be reporting to GM and liaising with Global HR in Germany.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR department with a similar job description
  • Excellent command of English or German
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Law, HR disciplines and practices
  • Willing to build a career in the HR field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools and data management skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Experience of recruitment process is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Multi-tasking within a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Residency in Çerkezköy or close region


İŞ TANIMI

  • Create and maintain employee files and all HR administration according to local labour law and internal procedures, directives, and guidelines.
  • Manage payroll process, including vacation and sick time tracking.
  • Drive recruitment process (job ads, pre-screening, interview scheduling, offer process)
  • Follow up legal practices and notifications
  • Improve employee relations and employee communication.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR procedures
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
  • Develop new HR projects based on employee expectations
  • Plan, organize, and co-ordinate various levels of training for new and existing employees.
  • Resolve teammate questions or concerns, working to establish credibility and trust with the team as well as navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Organizing an effective onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate & provide support to HR projects
