·University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electric Electronics Engineering,
·At least 5 years’ experience in product development process,
·Experience in project management,
·Expertise in product design,
·Proficiency in English,
·Knowlegde of Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office Programs,
·Customer focus, teamwork and collaboration.
·Female or male all candidates.
 

İŞ TANIMI

Product Development Supervisor manages and coordinates product development projects, evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues, researches new  products  technics,  works with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.

·Participates in new product strategic planning studies,

·Coordinates with related departments from the design process of a new product to the approval of the sales process and monitors product development team,

·Takes responsibility for the projects to ensure that the company's product development process is in line with the specified principles and ensure that the product tree is kept up to date with relevant documentation,

·Creates new projects that increase competiton based on quality, cost, functionality,

·Researches  industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities and improves the product development process,

·Evaluates quality improvement and production requirements.
