· University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electric Electronics Engineering,

· Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience; at least 2 years of overseas and domestic sales marketing is an asset,

· Expertise in project management,

· Proficiency in English,

· Knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft Office programs,

· Requirements analysis, customer focus, teamwork and collaboration.

· Female or male all candidates.

 

İŞ TANIMI

Depending on the growth strategy of the company; Product Manager develops products by identifying potential products; conducts market research; generates product requirements; determines specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; develops marketing strategies.

· Coordinates and directs the company's strategic planning processes,

· Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses due to company’s strategy,

· Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data,

· Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products,

· Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information ,

· Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs with product development supervisor.
