At Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, we are looking for adynamic and communication-driven HR & Internal Communication Specialist to join our team!

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields,
- 2–4 years of experience in Internal Communication and/or HR Communication roles
- Advanced written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level),
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with storytelling and content creation capability,
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills,
- Analytical, results-oriented, and solution-focused mindset,
- Proficient in MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
Job Description
- Support and implement internal communication activities in line with the company’s vision, strategy, and culture,
- Manage internal communication channels (newsletters, emails, digital screens, notice boards, etc.),
- Prepare internal announcements, newsletters, speeches, and communication content,
- Plan and execute communication activities for employee meetings, launches, and internal events such as employer branding and employee engagement activities,
- Provide communication support during change management processes,
- Coordinate employee experience, engagement, and internal communication surveys; develop action plans based on insights,
- Ensure consistent use of corporate culture, values, and employer branding messages across internal communications,
- Collaborate closely with HRBP, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and other business units,
- Measure and report the effectiveness of internal communication activities (open rates, engagement, participation, feedback, etc.),
- Support organizational development initiatives such as culture transformation, capability building, and change programs,
- Contribute to the design and rollout of employee engagement, performance, and talent development initiatives,
- Analyze organizational data (engagement results, survey findings, feedback) to identify improvement areas and support OD action plans.
