Production Manager

Our company, a trustworthy brand leader in its sector, is looking for a “Production Manager” working at our Tarsus Plant.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (preferably mechanical, industry, electric, chemistry or metallurgical engineer)
• Minimum 10 years overall experience and 5 years in managerial roles
• Experience in continuous production and operations Industry
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, result oriented and team management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and good communication skills
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal
• MS Excel, Word & Outlook computer skills are essential
• Resident in Mersin or Adana 

İŞ TANIMI

• As production manager of several continuous production lines, he reports directly to the plant senior manager
• Leads a team of 150-200 employees
• Supports the development of the Health and Safety culture through the production employees to target zero accident
• Ensure production is in line with customer demands in term of quality and quantity. He controls the realization of daily, weekly and monthly production plans
• Supervises the organization and development of the employees
• Ensure resources are used in a best-optimized way and he constantly searches for improvement.
• Analyze the organizational and technical problems of production, to take action and follow up
• To carry out the referral and administration of its affiliated organizations and personnel in the direction of legal obligations and industrial relations
• To keep up with the technical developments and innovations related to his / her duties and to bring the feasible improvements to the factory within the business association with other departments
• Participate in engineering/project unit studies in new product development activities
