What we look forRequired - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- 4 years of experience in HVAC, Construction or Contracting sectors
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively,
- A customer oriented way of working
- A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good financial understanding
- Fluent language skills in English
- Active B class driver license
- Ability to travel
Preferred- Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry is an asset
İŞ TANIMI
What you will do The Sales Engineer is a key role, reporting to the Sales Manager responsible for our indirect channel sales across the European side of Istanbul & North Marmara region. You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.
You will be concentrated on selling service solutions and products, growing our market share with new business
customers. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
How you will do it As a Sales Engineer you will use your in-depth technical expertise in VRF systems in selling and servicing customers with their assigned channel accounts to drive product revenue and margin results. (You will sell, renew and expand product agreements to both key and targeted customers to reach optimal sales and profit levels and will be responsible for meeting assigned product sales goals and objectives).
You will have face-to-face networking with mechanical contractors, general contractors, construction firm leaders, engineering consultants, real estate leaders, building owners, business and professional leaders when appropriate. Additionally, you will also provide competitive analysis of local marketplace and obtain assistance for technical expertise, sales assistance and market development activities.
To achieve your sales target you will convert inquiries in sales, follow up with channel partners on the quotations, place orders on system and follow-up on delivery of equipment.
You are a hunter driven to seek and develop existing business and long term customer relationships, self-motivated. You’re analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
