Foreign Trade Operation & Control Associate

(Temporary, 8 months)

Position purpose:

You will be mainly responsible for controlling customs declarations , preparing reports, following foreign trade and customs law & regulations and communicating within the department to react immediately.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

·        Conduct daily and monthly controlling of customs declarations

·        Coordinate entering import-related costs into the system and reporting. Control payment of duties as calculated on import declarations and investigating if there is any variances

·        Explore and check regulations related to customs, foreign trade and incentives in order to assure proper controlling of customs documents and in order to give alert for preventive/ corrective actions when required

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

·        University degree (preferably in Business Administration or equivalent)

·        Minimum 3 years experience in Foreign Trade Operation

·        Knowledge of customs and foreign trade laws

·        Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken

·        Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word in specific
