QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Corporate Communication Specialist” working in Business Development Department located in Holding Headquarter;


  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication and related departments,
  • Preferably graduate school in Marketing Management or MBA
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, internal and external communication positions in a large scaled or multinational company, preferably abroad work experience,
  • Experienced in global projects, media and international agency relations,
  • Experienced in participating in international industry related conferences,
  • Good relations with mass and printed media,
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French,
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications and very strong presentation skills,
  • Excellent use of SAP and relevant systems,
  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels,
  • Strong communication skills, creative and result oriented,
  • Positive, can-do attitude,
  • Strong planning and organization skills, both analytical and social.



  • Realizing corporate communication policies and plans of the group according to Karadeniz Holding strategies. Leading projects on communication strategies tailored to the company’s corporate aims,
  • Management of PR agencies (domestic and/or foreign),
  • Generating marketing ideas to increase brand recognition,
  • Analyzing market conditions to support business development in all parts of the world,
  • Developing and managing social responsibility and environment projects,
  • Setting up grievance systems aimed at local people living in invested countries and regions. Following, reporting and offering solutions,
  • Maintaining domestic/foreign mass and printed media relations. Following daily news and sharing with administrative level,
  • Maintaining corporate identity works; searching, selecting and supplying mass media materials,
  • Maintaining external communication activities such as PR, advertisement, promotion, corporate identity etc. to improve corporate identity,
  • Managing online marketing activities such as web sites of Holding and Energy Group and social media accounts,
  • Leading corporate events and ceremonies,
  • Managing relationships with all industry related associations.
