JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop annual sales targets and implement sales strategy to focus countries and clients
Follow up of realization of sales targets in related markets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to sales performance, account plans and projects, business development
Present the company product portfolio to clients in focus countries
Maintain and manage the relationships with existing clients/ business partners and ensure excellent customer service
Conduct market search, identify the demands and build relationships with potential partners/ clients in line with the company’s international growth strategy
Identify future requirements of customers and advise internal departments to enable the company to source and provide appropriate professional solutions
Evaluate and prioritize business opportunities to maximize business growth through extending the customer base and increasing sales of multiple products
Manage account receivables in accordance with company policy
Collaborate with the operations team (import & export dept.) to ensure clients’ needs are met and goods are delivered on time
Being a contact person between the client and company divisions for the proper follow up of regulatory, production, quality, logistics and technical processes
Participate to international events (exhibitions, fairs, conferences) to promote company’s product portfolio & services, closer follow up of the industry trends, networking with clients
Visit existing and new (potential) clients in focus countries in order to support company’s international business growth
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from the International Trade and Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Food Engineering, Veterinary, Zootechnicsdepartments of universities,
Min. of two years of international sales experience preferably at feed, food or chemical industry
Fluency in English (spoken and written), a second foreign language e.g. Arabic, French, Russian is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented
Team player who can also work independently
Proficient in MS Office and Tiger programs, efficient computer usage and reporting
No restriction for local and international travelling
No military obligation for male candidates,
Location in Istanbul ANATOLIAN SIDE or GEBZE
