Cost Control Executive

Founded in 1972, Kibar Holding operates across industrial, service, and trading sectors, with more than 20 companies and over 5,000 employees in metals, automotive, packaging, construction materials, real estate, logistics, energy, services, and mobility.

One of our group companies, Assan Yapı, is seeking a  Cost Control Executive to manage budgeting, cost control, and quantity surveying processes for a large-scale development project based in  Kocaeli/İzmit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and regularly update the project budget
• Develop BOQs and allocate costs to procurement packages
• Manage cost-related aspects of change management processes
• Review subcontractor interim payments and update monthly cost reports
• Monitor quantities and cost performance of executed works
• Prepare and report cash flow forecasts
• Analyze cost variances and report to senior management
• Coordinate closely with procurement and site teams
• Prepare monthly cost reports and S-curve performance analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of cost control experience in large-scale projects
• Strong expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, and budget management
• Experience in interim payment and contract management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Advanced level of English
