We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer for our organization. The position will be directly reporting to Legal Counselor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Law is a requirement,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position gained as part of an in-house legal team or a reputable law firm,
• Excellent command of written and verbal legal English,
• Experience in providing legal opinions to the queries raised by the relevant units within the scope of the company’s/Group Companies’ fields of activity,
• Good command of MS Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working in coordination with various business lines and functions of the Company and Group Companies,
• Preparing board resolutions, general assembly meeting minutes in both English and Turkish, filing applications on Mersis and follow up of registration and announcement procedures,
• Supporting the processes of any company establishment and share transfer issues,
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (including but not limited to sales, supply, non-disclosure agreements) and other legal documents and identifying and reporting legal risks associated therewith
• Providing legal opinions to the queries raised by relevant units within the scope of the company’s/Group Companies’ fields of activity,
• Following up of legal issues in foreign subsidiaries (in coordination with both internal management and external counsels),
• Execution of EMRA processes related to the licenses held by the Company, assistance and follow-up of any approval/consent process to be initiated before governmental agencies,
• Internal procedural compliance with internal regulations of the Company and Group Companies.
• Following up the new legislation, regulations related to corporate law and related sectors (including data privacy) and implementing such updates to the internal procedures.
