About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedManagement Accountant to join our finance team in Adana/Yumurtalık Free Zone branch of our company—a leader in the sandwich panel sector that is growing by exceeding its targets thanks to its strong, dynamic structure and active team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accounting professional with strong analytical skills gained in a manufacturing environment to play a key role in the financial management of the Central Asian and Turkish business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis.
• Produce budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and product costing.
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with both Kingspan Group Accounting Manual and Turkish accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Turkish accounting qualification or degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Management Accountant role within amanufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cost accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Professional proficiency in both Turkish and English is preferred.
• Military Service: Completed
• Driver's License: Class B
