We are looking for a Innovation Expert for our R&D Department.

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-6 years experience of Project Engineering & Technical Design Experience in Product Development. 
• Have expert level skills and hands on experience using Creo Parametric & Wind-chill product structure with design limits understanding.
• Have proficient knowledge of DFM/DFA, FMEA methodology and Systemic Problem solving, with good understating of “Form & Function” to achieve Product Leadership
• Knowledge of  Design Architecture, Technology and Manufacturing Roadmaps/ Strategies in appliance industry that help in establishing high quality cost optimized products.
• Knowledge in manufacturing process related to Sheet Metal Fabrication & Tooling (Forming, Hard Tools, Press Tools, Roll Formers, Progressive Dies, CNC, SPMs etc.), Injection molding, Die Casting, Extrusions, etc. 
• Assist in establishing project design objectives and in the selection of design approaches while keeping in mind current & engaging with upcoming technologies, that help in delivering productivity & cost optimization.  
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally and globally, English Proficiency required. 
• Leadership skills, Lead from Front with ability to work cross-functionally and influence others with technical expertise & data driven approach.
