QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Koç University will be hiring a Organizational Development Specialist with the below mentioned qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields 
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience 
  • Knowledge of performance management systems, job evaluation and grading
  • Overall understanding of the core HR processes and hands on HR experience in complex organizations is a plus
  • Preferably having knowledge of Employer Branding strategies, Employee EX and Wellbeing practices 
  • Having knowledge of Korn Ferry methodology 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills 
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP HR module 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills 
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing, controlling and updating the organizational data in the HR systems
  • Preparing, reviewing and updating job descriptions and organizational charts
  • Preparing headcount and succession planning
  • Providing required analysis for organizational design and restructuring studies
  • Preparing job offers for new recruits, internal appointments and promotions
  • Coordinating system infrastructure, providing support in performance management process
  • Conducting, analyzing and reporting employee engagement and HR satisfaction surveys
  • Updating and publishing procedures, carrying out process improvement studies 
  • Contributing to review of job evaluation, grading systems and titles 
  • Having the responsibility for each step of employee journey especially Employee EX and Engagement Surveys
  • Designing and carrying out Employer Branding activities
  • Preparing monthly, yearly, adhoc reports and in line with the outputs improve all related HR processes and systems
