Project Administrative Assistant

Koç University will be hiring a ''Project Administrative Assistant'' to work on the Project of “Mapping, understanding, assessing and predicting the effects of remote working arrangements in urban and rural areas” with the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (e.g., business administration, project management, or related fields)

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills

• Competent in planning and organization, communication, careful and error-free work, and collaboration skills

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to represent the organization

• Strong skills in report writing and note-taking

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Documents, Google Calendar, and Zoom applications

• Preferably experienced in SAP

• Completed military service (for male candidates)

• Preferably worked on European Union projects before

• Open-minded and adept at supporting multiple projects and project coordinators in administrative tasks and communications

• Able to work in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up on corporate and director email accounts

• Support projects’ communication activities

• Coordinate meeting organization and announcements, prepare meeting notes

• Organize, share, and track project documents

• Support the preparation of projects, applications, and reporting

• Provide support in communication with companies
