ERP Consultant Project Manager
About Job
As Su Bilgi Yazılım, a subsidiary of Koloğlu Holding, we are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our ERP projects and possesses strong coordination and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in ERP project management
- Proven experience in managing ERP projects from analysis through go-live
- Preferably experienced in IFS Cloud / IFS ERP platforms
- Experience in large-scale and corporate projects
- Good command of written and spoken English
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver ERP projects end-to-end
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Ensure effective coordination between business units and technical teams
- Oversee data migration, integration, and testing processes (SIT/UAT)
- Plan and manage go-live and post-go-live stabilization processes
- Lead risk and change management activities
- Provide regular project status reporting to senior management
Team & Stakeholder Management and Competencies
- Effectively plan and lead project teams and consulting resources
- Establish strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and decision-making processes
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed planning, organizational, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to change and take initiative
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus
