We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale Mixed Use Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of PROJECT DIRECTOR.
Qualifications and professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant discipline,
- Master’s degree (Project Management / MBA) – Preferred,
- Extensive leadership experience may substitute postgraduate studies,
- PMP – Mandatory / Strongly Preferred,
- Executive Leadership / Management Training – Advantageous,
- 20+ years of experience,
- Extensive experience in program / mega project management,
- Strong leadership in managing large multidisciplinary teams,
- Mandatory experience in PMC / client-side roles,
- Experience in large-scale / complex developments is essential,
- Strong stakeholder and executive-level communication skills.
