We are expanding our team for an excitinglarge-scale Mixed Use Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
Qualifications and professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Engineering / Business Administration / Information Management),
- Master’s degree in construction management – Preferred,
- OSHA / HSE Certification – Mandatory , PMP – Preferred , Primavera P6 – Preferred Lean Construction / Value Engineering – Advantage,
- 15+ years of experience,
- Candidates must have prior exposure to large-scale / mega construction projects,
- Previous experience in client-facing or PMC roles is highly preferred,
- Experience with major developers will be a strong advantage,
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments.
