GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Kopaş Cosmetics has been founded in 1974 with several categories as personal care, baby nutrition and baby care. Kopaş has produced more than 1300 kinds of products as environmentally sensitive in Turkey, the world's many points are met with consumers. Our products are produced in accordance with international standards and ethical values, with comprehensive tests and analyzes in R&D and production stages therefore consumers trust our brands. Quality, which is our focus, is at the top level in the work we do, the product we produce and the service we offer. As the pioneer of innovations and developments in the sector with our products that are respectful to people, society and nature, and appeal to consumers from all ages, we continue to do so by aiming to bring our customer satisfaction to the top.
Our brands;
- Dalin, the brand that consumers have trusted for generations in the baby care,
- Sesu can offer solutions to consumers for their personal care,
- XO, which offers consumers a mass perfume with a variety of men's and women's scents in the personal care,
- Bebedor, which offers the products that mothers need while raising their babies,
- Humana, offering baby nutrition baby follow-on milk & herbal teas,
- Dr. Beckmann, special cleaning products for consumers in the category of house cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in related majors
- At least 4 years of working experience in FMCG digital marketing, preferably in cosmetics or baby care,
- Advanced level of English
- Google, SEO, Youtube campaign management and certifications is a plus
- Experience in a digital agency, directly managing social media campaigns is a must.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and business functions with a strong focus on strategic thinking and business, with proven success track projects,
- Managing multiple priorities and strong project management skills,
- Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and time management skills,
- Ability to work in a team, strong leadership and motivation,
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the marketing strategy for our brands,
- Work with external agencies and marketing team to develop impactful brand campaigns, manage the digital strategy,
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, manage marketing expense, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams,
- Measure and evaluate performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns,
- Launch, manage and optimize Social Media Campaigns, Google Adwords and other digital channels,
- Responsible for digital media buying,
- Control and manage brand budgets to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments,
