We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with the following qualifications:

• Graduates from university departments of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting departments of large-scale joint-stock companies
• Good command of English
• Experience working with SAP system
• Highly proficient in MS Office programs
• Possesses analytical and reporting skills
• Meticulous and results-oriented in task follow-up
• Residing in the European side of Istanbul
• For male candidates, military service must be completed

Job Description

• Conducting all accounting processes in accordance with legal regulations
• Following up and finalizing financial matters related to official institutions
• Entering and tracking invoices, receipts and documents into the system
• Tracking and reconciling vendor current account transactions
• Performing monthly VAT controls
• Preparation of Stamp Duty declarations
• Monitoring daily bank transactions
• Inquiry into and entry of import and export expenses into the system
• Keeping records of salaries, advance payments and other payments.
• Monitoring and reconciling vendor and customer current account transactions.
