QUALIFICATION

• MSc or BSc in relevant field (preferably in Engineering, Supply chain or Logistics) 

• Fluency in English is must ( Russian is advantage )

• 2+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain/Logistics

• Experience with TMS and Track and Trace systems (Global Logistics Visibility)

• Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

• Experience in Logistics and Transportation management 

• Experience with management of external transportation or logistics suppliers

• Good business acumen & leadership skills 

• Strong negotiation & communication skills  

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Follow ups loading, customs clearance and delivery processes

* Solves operational issues with 3PLs

* Exchanges data with the distribution center, makes logistic planning

* Analyzes 3PL performance, controls reports and its accuracy

* Creates cost studies and reports for the services received, follow ups operational expences and budget

* Has a strong communication with local 3PLs in the related countries, follow up domestic process as import customs clearance, domestic distribution and reverse warehousing operations

• Ensure stability of systems, tools and process with clear documented and regularly updated SOPs and user instructions

• Manages multiple international customer accounts, from order receipt to delivery including order fill, transportation planning, on time delivery monitoring, exception management and supporting promotions, seasonal and new item launch management

• Creates and maintains all export documentation compliance and facilitates the transfer of product through customs

• Conducts research and analysis to ensure ongoing compliance to export documentation requirements 

• Monitors service performance and drives service improvement by analyzing root cause, recommending and implementing improvements to advance service performance

• Identifies opportunities to innovate, improve service and/or reduce cost. Analyzes opportunities, develops recommendations and implements process improvements that deliver results. 

• Oversee the daily Transport Control Tower activities for productivity and address all issues and escalations promptly with the manager

• Generate Transport Control Tower management reporting on quality, performance and improvement initiatives 

• Continuously improve the operations of the Transport Control Tower supporting all key stakeholders needs

• Build & provide regular transportation dashboards showing the Transport Control Tower KPIs & Customer quality index 

• Maintain business continuity plans of the Transport Control Tower activities
