QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KPMG’s Transaction Services practice provides Merger and Acquisitions (“M&A”) support throughout a transaction from pre-deal evaluation to completion assistance. We focus on helping our clients make acquisitions, help them to divest from their investments and guide them in their post closing activities and procedures. Using cross-functional teams, we bring together the requisite expertise from across the firm, including tapping into the firm’s industry sector knowledge. Our teams are focused on value creation and helping our clients to deliver successful transactions.
As part of the Transaction Services team, you will work with a team of highly trained transaction professionals providing due diligence (both buy side and sell side), vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for M&A transactions within and outside Turkey. You will also have the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most challenging cross-border deals in Europe. Furthermore, we are also in the process of creating our local Restructuring team. Therefore, you will also have the opportunity to work on potential Restructuring engagements and may become a permanent restructuring specialist.
We are now looking for talented and committed individuals to join our Transaction Services Team.
- Minimum experience of 2-4 years in audit and/or transaction advisory. Preference will be given to candidates with due diligence, business advisory, or strong audit experience
- Fluent spoken and written English to a high business standard
- Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint are prerequisites

- Helping to preparing proposals and pitching to prospective clients
- Understanding the key business drivers, identifying key issues and risks / conclusions and providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice
- Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets
- Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions
- Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits, term and covenants
- Evaluation of potential synergies
- Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations
