Job Description  

• Take an active role mainly in credit risk, market risk, valuation projects and support variety consulting teams in the financial services sector,
• Research, assess, analyze and document financial reporting and operational requirements for credit risk, market risk and valuation domains, including the link with accounting (e.g IFRS 9, IRB) as required by the client project,
• Assist in identifying, developing, testing and implementing IFRS accounting operational and reporting solutions to meet financial and regulatory reporting requirements, map financial reporting processes and modify control procedures, as required,
• Identifies and appropriately documents engagement issues and their conclusions and consults with appropriate firm members as necessary,
• Prioritizes multiple tasks appropriately by using effective time management skills,
• Is given accountability for specific defined work assignments/engagements, completing all tasks that meet the team’s and client’s expectations,
• Demonstrates commitment to obtaining technical capabilities relevant to the service line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a similar discipline
• Hands-on experience with scientific computing languages and frameworks such as Python (numpy, pandas, scipy, etc.) and/or R (tidyverse, caret, ggplot2, data.table, etc.)
• Excellent command of English,      
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong team working skills,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
