We are seeking a "Import-Export Specialist" to be based at our TEKNOSAB facility and become a valuable member of our growing team. 

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in foreign trade processes, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of international contracts, payment terms, delivery terms and transportation methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in digitalization projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally and a valid driving license with active driving experience.
• Strong planning, organization and analytical thinking skills.
• Adaptability to change, effective communication skills, attention to detail and strong observation skills.

Job Description

• Monitor national and international foreign trade and customs regulations, ensuring relevant updates are communicated to the related departments.
• Manage overseas supply chain activities, including competitive freight research and price analysis in coordination with Purchasing.
• Support import and export operations in compliance with the company’s Foreign Trade Policy and applicable legal requirements, while contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and report import and export operation costs and support the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
• Manage Letter of Credit (L/C) related activities and review Letter of Credit terms for compliance with contractual requirements and applicable legislation.
• Monitor Inward Processing Authorization Certificates (DIIB) and coordinate the implementation of relevant government incentives and support programs within the company.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of foreign trade operations.
