General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement processes related to machinery, equipment, capital investments (CAPEX), maintenance equipment, technical services, and general expense categories.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier portfolio management, and alternative supplier development.
• Strong capability in managing RFQ processes, cost analysis, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Experience in supplier performance management, supplier evaluation, and supplier development activities.
• Proven track record in preparing, negotiating, and managing long-term commercial agreements that foster sustainable business partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency projects.
• Experience in procurement data analysis, reporting, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, particularly the Materials Management (MM) module.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for machinery, equipment, CAPEX investments, technical services, and other indirect purchasing categories in line with the company's procurement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to analyze technical and commercial requirements and determine the most appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Conduct request for quotation (RFQ) processes, technical and commercial evaluations, cost analyses, and supplier comparisons.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts while monitoring contractual compliance and coordinating necessary revisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and developing alternative suppliers to strengthen the supplier base.
• Evaluate supplier performance, lead supplier development initiatives, and establish long-term, sustainable business partnerships.
• Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments throughout the procurement process.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and actively contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and monitor procurement performance through relevant KPIs.
• Ensure that procurement activities are conducted in full compliance with corporate procedures, internal control requirements, and company policies.
• Execute procurement transactions and maintain procurement records within SAP S/4HANA, primarily through the Materials Management (MM) module
