We are looking for a team member with the following characteristics and responsibilities to work as a "Project Specialist" for our Ak-Pres Teknosab plant. 

General Qualifications

• Graduated from departments of Industrial, Metallurgical and Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Automotive Engineering at universities,
• Possesses advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking),
• Experienced in sheet metal and welded manufacturing projects in the automotive industry,
• Proficient in project management methodologies and reporting systems,
• Skilled in problem-solving techniques with an analytical mindset,
• Disciplined in time management, strong at follow-up, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, team-oriented, and able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Job Description

• Ensure the launch of new product projects in line with schedule and quality targets,
• Analyse customer project plans and create corresponding internal project plans to ensure their implementation,
• Monitor and report on tool, jig, and fixture processes according to the project action plans,
• Establish active communication between the project team, customer, and suppliers to ensure coordination,
• Anticipate and resolve potential technical, logistical, and quality issues during the project lifecycle,
• Monitor launched projects based on performance indicators and take necessary actions,
• Ensure proper shipment and follow-up of samples produced within the scope of the project,
• Analyse engineering changes based on customer requests, provide feasibility insights, and ensure information flow to internal and external stakeholders,
• Ensure complete preparation of project files and technical documentation (DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan, etc.),
• Conduct cost analyses related to the project and ensured budget compliance.
• Take an active role in continuous improvement activities.
