E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a teammate as an E-Commerce Specialist for ourUK-based company operating in the global e-commerce sector.  You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for online markets. You will be responsible for organizing, executing, and following up on all online operations regarding our products which are listed in marketplaces within the UK.

Responsibilities

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce processes

• Experienced in supplier and product management, managing panels of marketplaces

• Preferably have international  marketplace management experience

• Developed commercial perspective

• Managing the e-commerce panels of the customers who will take place in the international market, making product entries and SEO, keyword optimization studies,

• To determine the logistics, promotion, customer management and other operational needs of the customers who will take place in the international market, to carry out relations and processes with solution partners,

• To be able to communicate well with the customer, to check customer complaints and take action for returns and improvements.

• To manage the marketplace orders end-to-end and to take coordinated actions with the relevant units for the healthy completion of the process.

• To manage communication and relations with the Marketplace, to provide necessary developments,

• Developing projects to improve operational processes

• To identify the problems experienced in the processes and to offer solutions for more efficient business results.

• Dynamic, result oriented, able to adapt to teamwork

•  Ability to follow and manage multiple subjects simultaneously

• Open to innovations and creative direction, willing to improve themselves

• Having knowledge about web technologies

• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems

• Developed process planning, analysis and organizational skills, analytical thinking

• Graduates from related departments of universities

• Proficient in English
