İŞ TANIMI

What we expect; 
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Minimum 7 years of experience in indirect purchasing, preferably in several categories, FMCG sector experience is a plus,
Good knowledge in contract management,
SAP knowledge is required,
  
You will review, analyze and develop the sourcing process of related materials and services, you will also determine right specifications to reach best in cost / quality optimization.

You need to have strong analytical skills in order to optimize cost with the highest quality requested, build cost forecast, and validate budget assumptions with decisional stakeholders.  You will define purchasing strategy; define the best-suited supplier portfolio for a division or a category. 

You will need strong sense of business in order to anticipate business needs and act proactively for your category.
In addition, you should master L'Oréal accountancy rules and operate according to the internal control principles and legal rules in order to negotiate complex contracts or agreements with integrity.
