• Managing and developing Field Trainers
• Responsible for organizing  all training needs
• Working in close collaboration with Marketing teams, getting documents, making translations, developing new tools and modifying according to field needs
• Re-establishing the training team structure with new ideas
• Leading training projects by involving other stakeholders
