We are currently looking for a Legal Intern to join our legal team in İstanbul (Maltepe).

Responsibilities

•            Monitoring and reporting daily legislative and case-law developments

•            Conducting legal research, preparing legal memorandums and periodic legal reports

•            Supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes, including data collection, document preparation, and coordination with external law firms

•            Tracking official correspondences, including enforcement notices and court writs; preparing draft responses jointly with internal teams and external counsels

•            Following up on mediation processes for specific matters

•            Reviewing, adapting, and preparing contracts, drafting approval forms, and managing the legal archive

•            Preparing and maintaining internal legal training materials, tracking attendance and documentation

•            Managing the legal calendar, including hearings, deadlines, and time-sensitive tasks, ensuring all actions are taken promptly

•            Communicating effectively with internal business teams and external stakeholders in daily operations

Qualifications

•            Having initiated or being ready to initiate the mandatory attorney traineeship

•            Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)

•            Previous summer internship experience, ideally in reputable law firms

•            Strong analytical thinking, legal reasoning, and problem-solving skills

•            High attention to detail and ability to handle complex information accurately

•            Excellent planning, follow-up, and organizational skills

•            Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively

•            Strong communication skills and eagerness to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment
