As a financial company, we are looking for a female CRM Manager with fluent English. We offer Customer Services to more than 65 countries. Our office is located in Edirnekapı.

Qualifications;

• High school graduate, preferably college graduate
• Software / Hardware experience is preferred.
• Relations management and strong coordination skills,
• Planning and presentation Skills,
• Reporting ability regarding the process that follows,
• High attention to details and ability to multitask priorities with difficult deadlines,
• Ability to gather information and build reports that clearly state results and make recommendations for improvements,
• Being able  to work with the team,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs professionally

Responsibilities;

• Collecting, editing and delivering the customer data,
• Using CRM systems to manage relations,
• Maintaining high energy level between the  employees in the workplace,
• Finding ways to improve the experience of and better serve customers, and they manage customer satisfaction, which sometimes includes damage control,
