Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company safety products and services revenue goals.
• Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for safety product revenue generation.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Establish pricing strategies and follow up market price situation for safety products
• Work closely with Safety service team to find engineering and safety solution opportunuties
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Help customers determine which product is the right choice for them
• Work cooperatively with the rest of the team to find safety solution opportunities
• Follow up with potential customers and opportunities
• Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and trainings for sales channels,
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
• Participate regular HQ product meeting and transfer to information from HQ to Turkey &MENA region sales team
• Reporting all activities to Technical BDM
• Reporting monthly product-based sales and margin report to Technical BDM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in relevant engineering departments ( Preferably Electrical Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineer)
• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial automation sector and safety products,
• Good communication skills in English 
• Ability to work in a team
• Well organized
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Forward planning and strategic thinking
• Willingness to travel
