We are currently looking for an AP Accountant to join our Finance team for our İstanbul office.

Job Description :

To support timely, accurate and consistent financial records in line with legal, fiscal, statutory and business requirements.

• Maintaining up-to-date e-invoice/e-archive systems and following up on, collect and allocate payments.
• Planning and operating of Vendor payments
• Performing month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial closings activities for AP
• Insurance policy follow-up and expense management
• Resolve queries from cross functional departments.
• Creating PO for finance related services.
• VAT write off, accruals, reclass postings to ledgers
• Researching and resolve payment and invoice discrepancies
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Supporting internal and external audit teams
• Following up lease invoices
• Other ad-hoc activities of AP

Requirements

• University degree from related departments.
• Min 5 years of experiences in retail preferably in apparel company
• Excellent SAP knowledge is a plus
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English is must
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation and thoroughness
• Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel.
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
