QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected on time.
Process, verify, and post the receipts to the regarding accounts.
Review account information, correct discrepancies, and resolve account discrepancies.
Processing and recording transactions.
Maintain records regarding payments and account statuses.
Manage customer's credit limit (AR insurance limit, Bank Guarantee, DDS).
Manage AR Factoring from the bank and Credit Card Payment System.
Examine customer payment plans, payment history and credit line to investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries.
Obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
Working with Finance and Sales departments to review accounts and client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms.
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Generating reports and statements for internal use.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Being Fluent in English is a MUST. Interview will be conducted in English.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration or other quantitative fields.
3+ years of experience for Asst. Manager role
Sophisticated skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
Solid analytical, evaluative and critical thinking skills.
Able to perform business math calculations.
Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas both in written and orally to senior leadership.
A problem-solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate.
Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and in a constantly evolving environment to meet deadlines.
Focused, attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in work
Organized with timely and assertive follow up skills and execution.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
