Technical Sales Support Engineer

LINAK Turkey has been growing very quickly over the last couple of years and we expect to grow even more in the future also in East Europe business field. In relation with this expectation of growth in East Europe, we are looking for a new Technical Sales Support Engineer. You will be employed in our sales office in Ankara, and you will report to our Managing Director.

 Main Responsibilities

·        To maintain and develop sales in our existing accounts 

·        To generate new leads by carrying out the necessary activities  

·        To ensure market communication when presenting launches in close cooperation with Marketing Department  

·        To conduct technical support to our customers regarding our products and applications. 

·        To run projects from start to the end in close cooperation with our Technical Department 

·        To ensure our Product & Market Strategy  

·        Ad hoc duties
      

You:

·        Have university degree in Engineering, preferably Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Electric / Electronics Engineer.

·        Min. 2-3 years’ experience working as similar position, preferably in an international B2B environment.

·        MUST Speak and write English and Turkish fluently.

·        Have a good customer orientation and can remain calm under pressure.

·        Are energetic, self-motivated, loyal, and a good communicator.

·        Are structured and well organized.

·        Are a good problem solver – also when more creative solutions are required.

·        Have a valid driving license.

·        Like to travel.

·        No military obligations for male candidates.
