We have an opening for a Quality Specialist who will be working as a key member in our dynamic team, will be a valued quality partner to our Turkey team.

Your main tasks include:

• Coordinate and ensure cleanroom unit in Lindström Turkey follows the harmonized processes according to clasified ISO grades.
• Prepare Local Documentation in accordance to Lindström Management System guide lines and EU cGMP and other required standards
• Support the cleanroom unit to handle customer’s queries and preparis the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans and technical write-up.
• Perform internal audits, validations and qualifications of the cleanroom area, machinery and equipment.
• Monitor the agreed process KPIs and support to improve the operational excellence of Cleanroom fuctions.
• Collaborate with Lindström's Cleanroom community members.
• Participate in investment projects related to Cleanroom functions as a local support resource.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's or MBA degree in related field.
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge and technical know how about the cleanroom and pharma standards.
• Good knowledge in Cleanroom standards, EU cGMP, European pharmacopoeia and IEST, will be preferred.
• Good knowledge in Good Documentation Practices for ensuring traceability of the management system.
• Knowledge on Microbiology will be added advantage.
• Analytical, good skills in problem solving, rootcause analysis
• Good skill in developing new solutions.
• Ability to streamline and evaluate processes and their compliance with the quality standards.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
