We are currently seeking a qualified for the position of "Product Owner" within IT Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (preferably Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, etc.)

• Preferably, 2 years' experience in a role similar to Product Owner or IT Project Management

• Preferably, you possess PMP , PSM and PSPO certifications

• Proficient in business analysis

• Advanced level of English proficiency

• Knowledge and experience in MS Office,  Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure applications and platforms

• Strong communication skills

• Analytical thinking and fast problem-solving ability

• Completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identification, evaluation, and analysis of IT-related requests from other departments within the company,

• End-to-end management of project and request realization processes, reporting to stakeholders,

• Market research and benchmarking for needs and requests,

• Building effective relationships and partnerships between suppliers and departments,

• Development of joint strategies with IT and department leaders,

• Coordination between the IT team and departments to evaluate requests,

• Development of general request delivery processes and management of prioritization processes,

• Undertaking the role of Product Owner in the Agile Scrum methodology,

• Evaluation of analyses produced by the development team and ensuring compliance with business processes,

• Ensuring the continuity of integrations with 2nd and 3rd party companies,
