Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supplier and part readiness activities during prototype, pilot and pre-series production phases,
• Actively shape and optimize process landscapes and tools within pre-series logistics to increase efficiency. Contribute to the development, standardization and continuous improvement of Pre-Series Logistics processes,
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain tracking reports, management reports, and presentations, while taking on project management responsibilities,
• Maintain relationships and negotiations with international suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries. Manage supplier escalations/shortages to ensure timely issue resolution,
• Ensure material availability to support new product launch projects. Plan, coordinate, and monitor material flow, while identifying material shortages for new parts,
• Tracking and closing EMCOS milestones on time,
• Independent maintenance and optimization of master data as well as the continuous improvement of daily routines and tasks in SAP,
• Represent the Pre-Series Logistics department in various committees and cross-functional meetings. Central point of contact for the supply of new parts in product projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant discipline,
• Minimum B2 level English level. Fluent German is plus,
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, material planning, project management, pre-series logistic,
• Familiarity with PPAP, Engineering Change Management and supplier readiness processes is an advantage,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools,
• Knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/MRP) and material planning principles is preferred,
• Experience with Power BI, Factory Navigator or similar reporting tools is preferred,
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and automotive launch processes is considered an asset,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and flexibility in a dynamic project environment,
• Proactive, result-oriented and open to continuous improvement,
• Ability to work effectively within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organization,
• No travel restriction.
