Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a leading global company, is looking for an ''Accounts Receivable Specialist'' to support its Finance team on a temporary assignment basis for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will support the Accounts Receivable function, focusing on invoice processing, account reconciliations, SAP transactions, and operational finance activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable operations and support daily finance activities.

• Process and monitor customer invoices and related accounting transactions.

• Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Support delivery note and invoice matching processes within SAP.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection-related activities when required.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing and payment issues.

• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

• Assist with ad hoc finance and accounting projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Accounting, or a similar role.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP experience.

• Experience with invoice processing, account reconciliation, and financial documentation.

• Strong MS Excel skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
