Technical Account Specialist ( 12 Months )

We are looking for a “Technical Account Specialist  ( 12 Months ) ’’ to be employed in the Product Management Team of the e-commerce company.

• Bachelor’s degree or master degree from a reputable university

• Familiar with core programming languages (e.g: HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, .NET, Java Script, Python) and server side applications

• Experience in technical support

• Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues.

• Experience with frontend or backend web technology.

• Experience building or hosting a website.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Turkish

• Acting as a key partner with the Account Management team, acting as the technical point of contact for operation matters for a named set of managed integrators

• Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to 3rd party developers and integrators,

• Being a voice and advocate for our 3rd party developers.,

• Driving projects that improve support-related processes

• Working with customers to understand how they use and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.,

• Working with other support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
