QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for a 'Sales Engineer' for our multinational client operating in industrial products.
• University degree or above with engineering background is must
• Good English skill in reading, written & spoken is required
• Preferably graduated from Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years working experience in industrial sales
• Premium brands selling experience is preference
• Key account management is preference
• Mechanical or Electronic knowledge
• PC skill is a must
• Good command on Office Programs is must
• Strong communication and presentation skills with good technical aptitude
• Ability to comfortably present and train large and small groups of people
• Negotiation skill
İŞ TANIMI
• To develop and extend customer base and market share, promote company product & solution to achieve sales revenue target for General Industry in Eskişehir / Adapazarı Region.
• Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers and MTB’s (Machine Tool Builders)
• Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
• Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, WTL, line audits, airline audits solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needsand transform opportunitiesto order.
• Establish long term trusted relationships with key account customers both in technical and procurement processes
• Identify business opportunities and provide the most suitable solutions according to customer needs by collaborative sales approach with the customer.
• Drive customer satisfaction with necessary customer support functions to increase loyalty of customers
• Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer and project team in customer projects, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customerwith values.
• Collaborate with marketing team in marketing activities and market analysis.
• Collaborate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & over dues
• Report timelyand accurately (monthly reports, CRM opportunity and activity inputs, weekly forecast file over C4C…)
• Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
• Build and manage Distributor Alignment with company values throughout common visits, demo organizations and quarterly review meetings with Area Sales Manager, while ensure customer satisfaction
