• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan for IKEA Food Business that expands company’s customer base and ensureit’s strong presence.
• Responsible for creating sales & marketing activities and campaigns within the scope of the commercial strategy of IKEA Food.
• Supports and works with stores to achieve sales and profitability goals of IKEA Food.
• Visits the stores with his/her Manager and gives feedback to the stores about commercial strategy and sales practices.
• Responsible for pricing the IKEA Food Product Range and responsible for maintaining IKEA Food Product Range’s competitive position.
• Responsible for keeping the product range up-to-date and commercial -by creating healthier products in line with sustainability, nutrition trends and IKEA Food range strategy. Range developer will give you his support on this duty.
• Ensures that the product range meets the customer expectations.
• Responsible for market research about developments in the Food & Beverage industry to protect the competitive position in terms of service and accommodation quality.
• Follows innovations in food production and service technologies and ensures that more effective field studies are carried out.
• Responsible for the commercial planning side of the establishment of IKEA Food & Beverage areas in the stores to be opened within the framework of the IKEA concept.
• Reports to IKEA Food & Beverage Director, as manager of IKEA Food & Beverage Sales Support and System Analysis Group Leader and IKEA Food & Beverage Supply and Planning Group Leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage departments
• Experience in retail
• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Having a strategic perspective
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Able to work at a high pace and result-oriented
• Team player with strong communicationskills
• Able to work in the field when needed
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.
