Quality Engineer

• Master or Bachelor Degree in engineering is required, 
• 2 years Experience as Quality Engineer in manufacturing environment, preferable global automotive company in Turkey,
• Good comment of English in both spoken and written
• Solid structuring and analytical skills to work on complex issues,
• Ability to structure issues and develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans,
• Corrective/Preventive Actions, 8D and 5 Why / Ishikawa problem solving methods knowledge,
• Having high level of technical drawings reading skills, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC and knowledge of IATF 16949 (internal auditor experience is preferred),
• Are analytical and proactive thinking,
• Knowledge of plastic production processes,
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal),
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within Quality organization we are looking for a " Quality  Engineer" who will be responsible for the following functions;

• Following of Customer Quality Performance, critical problems,
• Following of  necessary actions in scope of defined targets,
• Defining and taking  countermeasures against customer complaints.
• Take place in quality related improvement activities.
• Coordinating and monitoring the serial process (injection, coating, assembly ) quality activities and requirements
• Leads BC team to accomplish tasks/provide training
